An alarm activation is usually inconvenient and often a burden to key holders.
The Big Clean Team provides an Alarm Response Service to minimise disruption, both at work and at home. We act as your key holders responding to alarm activations 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
ACPO (Association of Chief Police Officers) guidelines for alarm activations have reduced the number of Police attendances for false alarms. It is also a requirement that key holders arrive within 20 minutes.
The Big Clean Team responds immediately to any alarm activation and will deal with any criminal act and liaise with Police Officers obtaining crime or incident reference numbers where appropriate.
The Big Clean Team remain on site until your premises have been secured and the alarm has been reset. In the event of a false alarm we aim to identify the cause of the activation and secure the premises quickly and efficiently. A full report on all alarm activations regardless of cause, i.e. false alarm or crime, is supplied for your information.
